When you first create your Nexus account, you will be walked through the initial steps of building your Nexus:
- Name your Nexus - most creators choose to make this identical to the name of the Twitch or YouTube.
- Creator Name - this should be the name or nickname that your audience knows you as.
- Nexus URL - we suggest making the name of your Nexus and its’ URL the same.
- Profile Image - complete your Nexus profile by uploading a profile picture using the specified size requirements. This image is also shown next to your personal game reviews for each of the games in your Nexus.
- Banner Image - This is the first step towards designing your Nexus. Using the specified size requirements, create a banner that will sit at the top of your Nexus.
Once you’ve uploaded your Banner Image, you can now submit your store for review. The review process only takes a few seconds.
Once approved, you’ll be prompted through a few more steps to finish building your Nexus.
- Logo Image - using the specified size requirements, you can upload your own logo, which will appear at the top left-hand corner of your Nexus. If you don’t upload a logo, it will default to the name of your Nexus in a text format.

- Promo Banner Link - paste the URL to the site where your promo banner should direct people.
- Nexus Introduction - you can use this space to welcome visitors to your store, give them some background information on why you’ve chosen the games that you have, etc.
- Thank you message - use this feature to reinforce your appreciation for any purchases made in your Nexus. The message will appear on the same page where the buyer receives the key for the game they’ve purchased.
- Thank you video - this is just like the “thank you message” but in video format! We recommend a 15 to 60-second unlisted thank you video that they wouldn’t be able to see anywhere else. Get creative and make it special!
