By joining our program, you have an opportunity to make an impact on the game's community, and we're excited to support you every step of the way.

Before participating, please review the following guidelines and expectations.

Your adherence ensures a mutually beneficial relationship and the growth of a vibrant community.

Guidelines & Expectations:

1. Scope & Perks: Million Victories will have the sole discretion about the scope, frequency, and amounts of the perks provided under the Program.
   
   
2. Licensing Agreement: By participating, you grant Million Victories a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, and display your videos in connection with the Program. This license will continue to survive after the termination of the Program or your participation in it.
   
   
3. Intellectual Property: Each party will remain the sole owner of its rights in any trademarks, copyrights, logos, service marks, or other intellectual property rights.
   
   
4. Original Content: Your videos must be your original creative work, and you should solely own the content. If the video isn't your original creation, you should be the exclusive owner of its content.
   
   
5. Game Representation: You should include the full name of Million Lords in the heading of your videos and their descriptions.
   
   
6. Content Restrictions: Your videos should refrain from featuring:
   
   
   • Tobacco products;
   • Illicit drugs and related products;
   • Adult content or suggestive depictions;
   • Sexism and gender-related degrading humor;
   • Sexual references involving minors
   • Violence and abuse;
   • Slanderous or libelous material;
   • Political or religious insensitivity;
   • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc.;
   • Promotion of racism, bigotry, or harm.
7. Million Victories reserves the right to review videos against these restrictions and make final decisions on content appropriateness.
   
   
8. Copyright & IP Rights: Ensure your content doesn't violate any third-party copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
   
   
9. Game's Terms of Use: Your videos should not endorse actions violating Million Lords' terms of use.
   
   
10. Platform Compliance: Abide by the rules of the platform (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) you're posting on.
    
    
11. Transparency: Disclose in your video descriptions that you're part of the Million Lords Content Creator Program.
    
    
12. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding the Program's terms, any information exchanged between you and Million Victories, and unreleased content unless explicitly permitted.
    
    
13. Termination: Million Victories reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. This may be due to violations of the guidelines, quality considerations, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Million Victories.
    
    

Employment Status: Participation in the Million Lords Content Creator Program does not constitute an employment contract or any form of employment relationship between you and Million Victories. You act as an independent content creator, and nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as establishing an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
