1. Eligibility:
The Capcom Fighting Collection 2 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the [United States and the District of Columbia], age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Chrono, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of such employees are not eligible.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on May 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on May 18, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter:
a. Purchase Entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a digital Steam copy of Capcom Fighting Collection 2 from any storefront on nexus.gg.
b. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 19, 2025 and received by May 24, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
4. Prizes:
Twelve (12) winners will each receive one (1) Steam key for Capcom Fighting Collection (approximate retail value [ARV] $39.99). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 26, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification:
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
