I got an error code when I tried to purchase. What should I do?
- Shoot an email over to help@nexus.gg or submit a request through the contact form and our support agents will be able to help you out asap! Attempting to immediately repurchase could result in a double charge, so try to reach out as soon as you can.
My purchase failed but I still see a charge on my bank statement.
- It can take up to five days to remove a pending charge from a failed transaction. If five days pass and you still see that on your end, shoot an email over to help@nexus.gg or submit a request through the contact form.
I successfully purchased a key but I can't find it.
- If you're missing your key, it's possible it may have gone into a spam box, so try checking there first. When purchasing through Paypal, keys are sent to the email associated with your Paypal account rather than your Chrono email, so the key should be found in that inbox or spam box.
- You should also be able to find any purchased keys in the "Orders" section of your dashboard.
- If you still can't find your key then, shoot an email over to help@nexus.gg or submit a request through the contact form.
Instead of getting my key I got an error code. What should I do?
- Send us an email over to help@nexus.gg! Make sure you include your order ID, the error code you received, the game you were trying to purchase, and who's Nexus you were purchasing from! Every extra bit of information helps us grab that key a little bit faster.
Where are the keys from?
- We work directly with Developers and Publishers to make sure we're getting 100% legit keys, straight from the source :)
