What do I need to do before I can be paid?
By creating a Nexus account, you agree to our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy. To receive payments, you’ll need to add a payment method and complete a tax form that includes a valid TIN. If you’re under the required legal age for your region, you’ll be required to request parental consent through k-ID.

When will I get paid?
Nexus pays out on a Net 60** payment period. What this means is that at the end of each calendar month, we check to see how much you have earned through your Nexus. If your unpaid balance is $100 or more, a payment is scheduled for 60 days after the end of that month. For example, if you have $100 in unpaid balance by the end of August, then you'll receive that payment at the end of September. Payment processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but this timeframe may vary depending on your chosen payment method and can be affected by weekends or holidays.
**Note**: If we are still waiting on a payment from one of our publishers, we will hold creator payment for their titles until we receive payment for those sales. In this scenario, you would still receive your Net 60 pay, minus the attribution sales we are still owed by the publisher--which would roll over into the next payment.

How much do I need to make before I receive a payout?
A Creator must generate a minimum of $100 in earnings in order to receive a payment. If you do not make $100 in a month, your earnings will be rolled over to the next month until you meet the minimum payout threshold.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently support domestic and international local bank transfers, wire transfers, PayPal, and Venmo.
Are there any fees associated with any of the payment methods?
Nexus uses a third-party payment processor, and the fees vary based on the payment method you choose. Nexus covers up to $1.00 USD on each payment.

All payments will automatically be converted from USD into your local currency, except for the USD to USD wire transfer. A currency conversion rate and 2% fee is calculated at the time of each payment.

How do I change my payment method?
You may review our payment options and make changes at any time through your Payments Dashboard.
Why is my payout less than what’s shown on the dashboard?
It's possible that your payout may be less than what is reported in your Sales Dashboard due to adjustments based on fees incurred from the method of payment, refunds, chargebacks, or fraud. It's also possible that you're seeing earnings that's been generated past the end of the month when we complete the Net 60 check, in which case you'll need to wait for the next payment period before receiving those earnings.

What should I do if I do not receive a payout?
Don't panic! Please send an email to help@nexus.gg, and we'll assist you with resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Ensure that you include the date you were scheduled to receive the payment. Any screenshots that can be provided (without sensitive information, of course!) will help speed up the process in identifying the issue.
